This work is aimed to find ornamentality in crowd management. Through a total understandable sign sent by one person to semi organized thousand-headed image. A spectator becomes a demiurge who manages thousand-headed crowd in real time. Nowadays when a gap between human and state increases, the question of responsibility of the first and the second rises sharply. But who will bear this responsibility?
